(89 - Braunstein Nicolas / Roche Yannick): retired after SS 8
(21 - Prokop Martin / Tománek Jan): We are really happy what we are doing inside the car, the feeling is great but the times are really bad. I do not know what I can say. After the stage I am really sad, inside the stage I am really happy.
(2 - Latvala Jari-Matti / Anttila Miikka): It was very fast, I like it but is very fast downhill. Grip was quite good, but it was still a bit slippy coming to the chicanes in the mid section.
(9 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Fløene Ola): I was very careful in the beginning of the stage, too careful. On the downhill section I tried to catch a bit of time and I am happy with that.
(3 - Meeke Kris / Nagle Paul): It is my first time to do this stage in three years. A little bit humid on the braking on the chicane towards the finish. There is more mud and gravel being pulled out with very car, but I am happy.
(8 - Sordo Dani / Martí Marc): We have really good grip. You can go faster and faster all the time. The car is better than yesterday. The people are pushing all the time and there are places I could go faster. The balance of the car is good so I am happy.
(4 - Østberg Mads / Andersson Jonas): Quite a nice opening stage, very enjoyable. Maybe a little bit difficult to find the limit, A little bit difficult to judge with all the shiny stuff surface. Many places I brake and I understand that it was necessary.
(5 - Hirvonen Mikko / Lehtinen Jarmo): I had some hesitation, the grip was a lot better than I was expecting, I could have been a lot braver. It could have been better.
(10 - Kubica Robert / Szczepaniak Maciej): Not so bad start of the day, good speed but not risking anything. Not so bumpy.
(20 - Bouffier Bryan / Panseri Xavier): It was ok, but it was really bumpy and the car was bumping a lot.
(21 - Prokop Martin / Tománek Jan): Really inside the car is great, we are enjoying it. But we are losing time, I still trying something on the fast corners. The rest I brake late, but we are still losing.
(6 - Evans Elfyn / Barritt Daniel): I made some changes overnight and they seem to be positive, I like the balance of the car. On the whole it is a good feeling.
(7 - Neuville Thierry / Gilsoul Nicolas): I have lost mirror. Maybe a chicane to something, I did not feel anything. Not very happy, I am fighting with the car, it seems quite bumpy, I do not feel well at all. It is horrible to be honest, I do not know what we can change.
(11 - Kuipers Dennis / Buysmans Robin): Quite good, nice stage, flowing.
(22 - Maurin Julien / Klinger Nicolas): Difficult for the first one ,it is very fast. We have made some adjustment on the car and we learn the setup. We try to push as the car is good.
(12 - Protasov Yuriy / Cherepin Pavlo): It is new brake pads, much more better driving second on the road, much more clean. I am happy it is not so bad.
(1 - Ogier Sébastien / Ingrassia Julien): It was still quite humid, I did not expect and I was quite cautious on this black top. I have to try to make this day useful for the future.
