INFORMATION ABOUT SS 18
flash info (2 - Latvala Jari-Matti / Anttila Miikka): It feels really really good. Starting this day after the mistake in Germany, I was pretty nervous. I had to learn, I had to take that lesson in Germany. We are still in the fight for the championship, that is important. It has been taking a long time to win a tarmac rally.
flash info (9 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Fløene Ola): It has been great rally for us, I have really got the feeling with the car. It feels really great to get second on tarmac. Not bad for a Norwegian.
flash info (3 - Meeke Kris / Nagle Paul): I am really happy with my weekend, I could not have done much more. If you really stick your neck out you can get within tenths to the guys from Volkswagens. If I secure my seat, I can improve and get better and work with the car.
flash info (8 - Sordo Dani / Martí Marc): Very sorry for Kubica... I am very happy with the car and the people in the team, all the people working very hard to get a good setup in the car. We need to work a little bit more in the engine side. You can improve always, everyday, I need to work myself.
flash info (5 - Hirvonen Mikko / Lehtinen Jarmo): Some of the stages and loops were pretty good so we can be pretty happy. Little things to learn with the tyres, a little bit lost with the setup to start. I think Elfyn has been in a good place all weekend. It is really nice that we can fight for second place in the manufacturers title.
flash info (4 - Østberg Mads / Andersson Jonas): Still quite good. Okay on the last one it was not so perfect, I had a bad noise in the car, I missed a pace note and we went off the road. I am quite pleased to be through the rally, a little bit disappointed that we have so much problems but that is how it is. It is a lot of good things and I am pleased to be at the end.
retired (10 - Kubica Robert / Szczepaniak Maciej): accident in SS 18
flash info (6 - Evans Elfyn / Barritt Daniel): I think we can be pretty happy at the end of the event. We had some mechanical issues, but before this I had a 100% reliability record with the car, it was just one of those things. To be honest I am still in my learning year, I don’t want to put myself behind. On the whole it has been fairly clean for us, I think we can be happy.
flash info (20 - Bouffier Bryan / Panseri Xavier): It is nice to finish the rally. I cannot be happy with the final result but looking for the future it is good. I would like to drive Hyundai again.
flash info (21 - Prokop Martin / Tománek Jan): We had a good weekend, but still this is not my favourite rally. Happy that we finish my 100th rally, something good. I hope that Spain will be better, this is my favourite rally.
(4 - Østberg Mads / Andersson Jonas): spun
flash info (1 - Ogier Sébastien / Ingrassia Julien): We had 3 hard tyres and one soft tyre on the car, not the optimum, but still we try to push. Quite good stage.
