INFORMATION ABOUT SS 9 | |
(43 - Gorban Valeriy / Korsia Volodymyr): We can continue but we can't fix the broken steering arm. We also broke two drive-shafts, one front and one rear, and a damper.
(42 - Lappi Esapekka / Ferm Janne): Today was problem-free, which is good. The plan was always to push today and then defend tomorrow.
(8 - Sordo Dani / Martí Marc): Exhaust system has come loose again.
(6 - Tänak Ott / Mõlder Raigo): The stages are far too rough for our car at the moment, but at least the day is nearly over.
(5 - Evans Elfyn / Barritt Daniel): Not the rally we wanted. I'm sorry for everybody who put in so much work in the team. We'll get it fixed tonight and do a proper job tomorrow.
(3 - Meeke Kris / Nagle Paul): Considering our little issue it's not bad. This stage is our Achilles heel. I didn't want to take too many risks.
(7 - Neuville Thierry / Gilsoul Nicolas): The ruts are so deep I nearly rolled in the last corner - the car jumped onto two wheels!
(2 - Latvala Jari-Matti / Anttila Miikka): I got a really good feeling on Ouninpohja and that gave me more confidence here.
(4 - Østberg Mads / Andersson Jonas): A difficult day but I'm pleased with my speed. No plans to change anything for tomorrow.
(1 - Ogier Sébastien / Ingrassia Julien): It's not easy. All of this loop I have been in the loose [gravel] of the national rally competitors. I'm happy though, I've done my best. |
