INFORMATION ABOUT SS 5 | |
(37 - Bertelli Lorenzo / Bernacchini Giovanni): technical problem - differential after SS 5
(78 - Brynildsen Per Erik / Olsen Roy Espen): accident in SS 5
(40 - Ketomaa Jari / Lindström Kaj): We have been trying hard but not crazy. It's easy to go mad here, Kaj helps me to keep it under control.
(71 - Brynildsen Eyvind / Fredriksson Anders): It's so hard to change down the gears in this car. I don't think I've destroyed it but I need to use the clutch now. I will improve. Compared to many drivers I'm lacking experience. I'm learning by doing.
(39 - Tidemand Pontus / Barth Patrik): Ok, but we need to be tidier in the second pass - a few too many clipped snow banks.
(36 - Åhlin Fredrik / Abrahamsen Morten Erik): I will be beaten here for sure - it's not a stage I have a lot of experience of.
(20 - Abbring Kevin / Marshall Sebastian): It's very busy in my head during the stages but it's fantastic to drive these roads. This one was nice but hard to keep a clean line.
(8 - Paddon Hayden / Kennard John): On twisty stages like this the car is difficult to drive. Our diffs are way too tight. We can't get the car to turn-in to corners and we're over-steering on the way out.
(16 - Kubica Robert / Szczepaniak Maciej): A very difficult stage. Quite narrow, and two tricky jumps. One of the jumps was huge and kicked the back of our car up so we landed on the front wheels.
(37 - Bertelli Lorenzo / Bernacchini Giovanni): Once the car is not in the best place, it is not a joy to drive. There's nothing I can do but keep going. I hope I'll get the chance to enjoy the driving tomorrow.
(6 - Tänak Ott / Mõlder Raigo): Little bit tighter, but it's good.
(17 - Protasov Yuriy / Cherepin Pavlo): It’s ok, a little bit slippery. This stage is mainly snow and too slippery for me.
(37 - Bertelli Lorenzo / Bernacchini Giovanni): problems with differential
(14 - Solberg Henning / Minor Ilka): Its ok, a good stage with lots of people.
(3 - Meeke Kris / Nagle Paul): The first car on the road has a massive advantage in there, so we do what we can.
(21 - Prokop Martin / Tománek Jan): I am very bad on this stage, I do not know why. I am happy we finish the stage as it is a tricky stage.
(5 - Evans Elfyn / Barritt Daniel): The stage is alright but I just do not think we have found that sweet spot yet. Mostly my driving, the car feels pretty good. It is tight but the grip is fairly good.
(7 - Neuville Thierry / Gilsoul Nicolas): I had a good run, I lost a second in a snow bank, in a tight hairpin.
(4 - Østberg Mads / Andersson Jonas): It was tricky stage for sure, but not so bad. Quite a good rhythm. Not so bad.
(9 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Fløene Ola): All acceleration in the line, there is just no grip. I am fighting with the car on a stage like this. I am struggling to get the car to turn in, not easy on this type of stage. It will get worse for every car.
(2 - Latvala Jari-Matti / Anttila Miikka): I never drive in the stage well. Now I realise I have been too careful in some of the places. Now I will fix it.
(1 - Ogier Sébastien / Ingrassia Julien): It was a good morning for me, I just had a problem with the start line on this one, the gear would not engage. I lost a bit there but it is not a big drama. |
