INFORMATION ABOUT SS 12
(35 - Lappi Esapekka / Ferm Janne): So much support from the crowd here. This is the only place in the world like this. It has been an amazing atmosphere all day.
(31 - Evans Elfyn / Parry Craig): Pretty frustrating. Second wasn't where we wanted to be, but it was better that this. These things happen.
(33 - Tidemand Pontus / Andersson Jonas): I'm really happy to be here in this place, we've made good progress today. Now I'm looking forward to getting some sleep.
(32 - Suninen Teemu / Markkula Mikko): Full throttle in here. We have to drive fast. Let's see if we can keep second - the gap to Tidemand behind is very tight.
(14 - Al Qassimi Khalid / Patterson Chris): It's been difficult with the ruts this afternoon. I'm really looking forward to getting back tomorrow for Ouninpohja.
(22 - Gorban Valeriy / Korsia Volodymyr): A lot of problems today - twice we broke the driveshaft, so front-wheel drive only. Next time maybe we start with a R2 car.
(20 - Abbring Kevin / Marshall Sebastian): We've driven with three dampers for the last couple of stage. Here the car was moving around on the spring but it was great fun. A great day.
(37 - Bertelli Lorenzo / Scattolin Simone): We are under 1sec per kilometre off the pace here. It's ok. A long way to go.
(8 - Breen Craig / Martin Scott): I just need to keep it calm and tidy. Ok, one stage to go, but I am so, so happy with the day, it has exceeded all my expectations. I'm really happy with our performance.
(6 - Camilli Eric / Veillas Benjamin): A really good stage for us, and overall we are still in touch with the other drivers. I haven't felt great today, I've almost lost my voice, but the driving has got better and better.
(7 - Meeke Kris / Nagle Paul): We've just tried to manage the car and keep the commitment up. At the moment we can manage the gap but there will be a huge challenge tomorrow. For now it feels nice.
(12 - Tänak Ott / Mõlder Raigo): Quite tough to take. We have a good base but too many problems. I will try to fix them in the future. A suspension problem and then a puncture. At this level everything needs to be perfect.
(3 - Neuville Thierry / Gilsoul Nicolas): In the afternoon it has gone really well but I was a bit too fast in here. It was enough to beat Mikkelsen but not Latvala.
(5 - Østberg Mads / Fløene Ola): It's been good fun today. Some good sections of stages. Some not so good, but it's still okay. We still have a good connection with the podium.
(2 - Latvala Jari-Matti / Anttila Miikka): Things have changed since Seb had his problem. I have to consider this and the manufacturers' championship. I'm not sure how hard I can chase now - I haven't spoken yet to team boss Jost.
(4 - Paddon Hayden / Kennard John): It's been a disappointing day, but if you take the top two out of the equation we're not too far off. Not every day can be great. It just hasn't happened for us today.
(1 - Ogier Sébastien / Ingrassia Julien): It was always going to happen one day, when you have to take maximum risks all the time. I made a mistake, a stupid one, and unfortunately the spectators couldn't pull us out. Unfortunately they weren't the spectators with 'Sisu'.
(31 - Evans Elfyn / Parry Craig): problems with powersteering |
