INFORMATION ABOUT SS 20
(34 - Aasen Marius / Engan Veronica): problems with driveshaft
(31 - Evans Elfyn / Parry Craig): A pretty good day but we had a lot of dust in Ouninpohja, Karl [Kruuda] made his little mistake, then there were a few issues, throttle pedal sticking and what have you. But I think we've shown some good pace, we need to keep it up tomorrow.
(33 - Tidemand Pontus / Andersson Jonas): I will try to catch Suninen - flat out from the beginning.
(35 - Lappi Esapekka / Ferm Janne): No dramas. Everything is going according to the plan. A good day, all under control. We pushed in Ouninpohja and it paid off.
(32 - Suninen Teemu / Markkula Mikko): Hopefully that will be enough of a gap. We will have to go flat out. We have no room for error.
(15 - Ligato Marcos / García Rubén): My pace is getting better and better. We have gone from 3sec/km adrift to about 1 s/km here.
(22 - Gorban Valeriy / Korsia Volodymyr): No big problems for us so a good day. Just one more to go.
(14 - Al Qassimi Khalid / Patterson Chris): Fantastic. I absolutely believe in Kris and Craig. They are at the level and for sure they are the future for the sport.
(20 - Abbring Kevin / Marshall Sebastian): Not as close to the leaders as yesterday - we just couldn't find the rhythm today - but we are looking forward to tomorrow's stages. The more stages the better.
(8 - Breen Craig / Martin Scott): It's there for the taking. It's been unreal - I'm not letting go of this. I don't want to sound big-headed but I'm not doing anything special, I'm just enjoying myself. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd be heading for a podium here.
(7 - Meeke Kris / Nagle Paul): Today has been exceptional. Yesterday was one of my best days in rally car and today has surpassed it. I don't know where we go from here. We have a job to do tomorrow. With 41 seconds I can play it really safe and try and bring it home.
(1 - Ogier Sébastien / Ingrassia Julien): The plan tomorrow is three points in the Power stage. That's the only target we have left in the rally.
(12 - Tänak Ott / Mõlder Raigo): For sure we will give it our best shot. Without the problems it would have been an easier job, but here we are.
(3 - Neuville Thierry / Gilsoul Nicolas): We are doing the maximum. We have a nice fight today - huge fun.
(5 - Østberg Mads / Fløene Ola): A positive day. We have driven well - my best ever in Finland I think.
(2 - Latvala Jari-Matti / Anttila Miikka): Kris Meeke has been doing an amazing job. Of course I tried, but I have not been able to match his speed. It surprised me, it looks like Citroen have made some improvements too.
(4 - Paddon Hayden / Kennard John): A frustrating day. Well, not so bad, but not what we wanted. We need to sit down with the team and do our homework, see where we are losing out.
(9 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Jæger Anders): The stage was largely dry. A difficult day for us. We will try our best from here on but there's not much chance to catch up. |
