INFORMATION ABOUT SS 5

retired (89 - Arengi Bentivoglio Fabrizio / Salis Fabio): retired in SS 5

retired (37 - Arai Hiroki / Lehtinen Jarmo): accident in SS 5
flash info (6 - Paddon Hayden / Marshall Sebastian): We were hoping for a bit more sun. It's difficult at the moment but we'll see. The weather is very changeable at the moment so it is difficult to see what this afternoon will bring.
flash info (12 - Østberg Mads / Eriksen Torstein): If you look compared to the guys around me the time is not so bad. The conditions are not so good. Some good stages - we made a mistake on tyre choice in the last one - but I thought this one was alright.
flash info (3 - Suninen Teemu / Markkula Mikko): It's been a good morning. On the slow sections I still need to improve the driving. Not sure if I can change it in a half-an-hour service but it does need to improve!
flash info (11 - Breen Craig / Martin Scott): A couple of big jumps kind of threw me off in a few places but it wasn't so bad. We put on the hards in the last stage which was a bit stupid with the rain.
flash info (7 - Latvala Jari-Matti / Anttila Miikka): More confidence definitely, confidence is better but conditions are not typical Sardinia. It is not the easiest condition to drive on, there is no benefit to road position, it would have been better to start at the front.
flash info (2 - Evans Elfyn / Barritt Daniel): To be honest it's not being driving too bad. It's just pretty difficult when you don't have a massive amount to fight for.
flash info (4 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Jæger Anders): It was very muddy in the beginning. Losing at the start but it was better at the end. Plan for this afternoon will be determined by the conditions, I'm feeling really comfortable at the moment so let's keep this pace going.
flash info (9 - Lappi Esapekka / Ferm Janne): It's not easy. It's not easy. We can improve, I'm struggling but I don't know why to be honest. Let's see what we can do for this afternoon, maybe I will take two spares, it could be a good choice.
flash info (8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): What can I say? It's tight and not so easy. Not really satisfied, it is much more satisfying if the feeling is good.
flash info (1 - Ogier Sébastien / Ingrassia Julien): I try what I can. The tyre choice was right, definitely.
flash info (5 - Neuville Thierry / Gilsoul Nicolas): I'm pushing very hard, in the last couple of stages there were a few moments so maybe I need to calm down a little bit.
