INFORMATION ABOUT SS 12
(92 - Zarza Sergio Oscar / Espinoza Hugo Daniel): retired in SS 12
(11 - Neuville Thierry / Gilsoul Nicolas): It's not an easy rally, either because of the demanding roads or because of the fight we are having for the lead. The good thing is I am still first, so I believe my approach to the afternoon loop will be the same. The car is great, so I can't ask for more
(8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): Today the conditions are very diffierent to what we experienced yesterday. The long 33 km stage is particularly demanding. I have a good feeling with my car and I am enjoying this leg
(89 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Jæger Anders): I had some ups and downs. The first two stages were not great, but it all went better after that. I had a tough time finding a balance to get the correct angle of the car into corners. We changed the suspension set-up now for the longer stages, so all in all I am quite happy
(5 - Meeke Kris / Marshall Sebastian): Approaching a watersplash, i pushed the brake pedal and it went like nothing. I jammed the hanbrake and the result was similar, so the exit of that watersplash was a bit our of the road and I hit a wheel. On top of that, I had two punctures. I will try to ctach up the guys in front of me this afternoon
(1 - Ogier Sébastien / Ingrassia Julien): It's been a complicated morning, for sure. Without the steering issue, everything should have been better. I also made a silly mistake at a gate. The road book tells the road goes through it, but I am not sure f everybody respected that. I slighlty hit the gate, but the loss of time is more serious. The steering is designed to work with the power system; otherwise is a tremendous effort it is almost impossible to hold on for long
(10 - Latvala Jari-Matti / Anttila Miikka): We have got a good performance in our car. Probably we could get some more speed out of it, but I really liked what we have done this morning. These roads are fast and flowing and more importantly, they are dry!
(1 - Ogier Sébastien / Ingrassia Julien): no power steering
(5 - Meeke Kris / Marshall Sebastian): His car has a broken rear right wheel which he moved to the left because his spare wheel was broken, too |
