INFORMATION ABOUT SS 8
retired (45 - Andolfi Fabio / Savoia Stefano): accident in SS 8
flash info (8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): I am happy to be here - it's not been too long in the car and we are taking it step by step. The feeling is still there, things happen but it has been a long time out of the car. Of course, I want to spend as much time in the car as possible and today was quite short, but lots has been learnt.
flash info (69 - Rovanperä Kalle / Halttunen Jonne): The morning was really good - it has been like a month since I drove on snow. We were fast and consistent, a few mistakes here and there but it was good. I stalled for a second time in Torsby Sprint and it was a really stupid mistake. I need to learn how to deal with these kind of situations in the car but I haven't got too much experience just yet.
flash info (4 - Lappi Esapekka / Ferm Janne): I think the pace has been more or less the same throughout the day - we are losing all the time to the Toyotas which is where I am disappointed. I feel that we can still improve if we can do small changes for the setup - maybe the pace can be slightly better.
flash info (33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): The feeling with the car has been really good and we can't complain with a day like that. It's good but we have to do it all again tomorrow - who knows what the conditions will be like but we will have to adapt to what's put in front of us.
flash info (17 - Ogier Sébastien / Ingrassia Julien): The conditions were not too bad today - there was a little too much gravel here and there but there were good sections with nice grip. We are going to try and make some small changes to the car and improve our pace. It's not a bad day for us - our team-mates have done a good job and proved that we can do better.
flash info (11 - Neuville Thierry / Gilsoul Nicolas): I'm satisfied with the speed we had to go. I am not happy with the overall classification but I think we did the best job we could. With the rally being so short it will be hard to catch any places but we will see what we can do.
(69 - Rovanperä Kalle / Halttunen Jonne): spun, stalled engine
