There was a huge rock in the middle of the line on a really fast corner. It was either go into the trees or hit the rock. A bad start to the rally, but we will keep fighting and try to do our best. | |

I really like Portugal - the atmosphere and spectators are amazing. It was quite tricky in here. We had a big rock in the middle of the road and it pushed me out of the stage, I didn't expect it. | |

I have some experience - I have done this rally two times before. It's still going to be a very tricky weekend - they are great roads but very rough, and you need to be careful for punctures. I think that is the key this weekend - to be clean. | |

I think I am happy to be back on gravel, it's a surface where you can take a lot of pleasure if you are confident. The plan is to take some points from this rally and we will see what happens, there is a lot of competition this weekend. | |
