| INFORMATION ABOUT SS 11 | |
(57 - Fontana Matteo / Arnaboldi Alessandro):
accident in SS 11 | |
(24 - Daprà Roberto / Guglielmetti Luca):
Crazy, crazy. We are very happy. It was demanding today, very, very stressful. But we managed to win. It was very hard before the last stage because anything can happen. The narrow section was very tricky and this morning we bent a rim, so I was a bit scared about punctures. But thank you so much to all the people that are believing in me. I'm very, very happy. And after last week in Greece, I think that we deserve this big emotion, and I am very, very happy.
(1 - Suninen Teemu / Haapala Antti):
Oi, Oi, Oi. That was close then. I tried to have a clever drive, but immediately when you start to take a bit careful, you start to lose a lot of time. Really good points, and I have to say massive thanks for the team and for the engineers. Working with them is like going to the supermarket. Anything what I want on the car, they can deliver.
(26 - Avbelj Boštjan / De Guio Elia):
Wow, impressive. I just take it for myself. I really enjoyed it. Not so simple stage with this narrow part, with all the gravel and pollution. We gave it everything. We did also some errors. I want to thank all the team and all the sponsors for this opportunity. We showed something this weekend.
(4 - Basso Giandomenico / Granai Lorenzo):
We did our best. We have no regrets. I'm really happy to be here and to have finished this beautiful and demanding rally. Congratulations to the organisers, to you, to Pirelli for their fantastic tyres, to my team, and to everyone who supports me.
(20 - Bonato Yoann / Boulloud Benjamin):
I am happy. I'm a bit frustrated because I didn't show the pace of the car because the car was really perfect this weekend and I was not really perfect. I was too slow this weekend. I didn't push enough. But the team did a perfect job. The Michelin tyres worked very well here now, so I think we can fight, but I was not that good.
(33 - Johansson Mille / Grönvall Johan):
I don't think we could have done any better. The start position yesterday morning wasn't perfect, so we lost a bit of time there. Happy with this result. I'm finally starting to get the feeling with the Rally2 on tarmac.
(22 - Sarrazin Pablo / Roche Yannick):
It was a long weekend. We learned a lot, and we came for that, so we can be happy. Next event on tarmac is next year for us, but it's okay. Thanks to the federation because they push all the French driver a lot. And without them, we can't be here, so thanks to the team, thanks everyone, and see you soon.
(18 - Rossel Yohan / Dunand Arnaud):
Very happy to be in Rome. I hope to come back next year to play for the win, to be honest. It's a very good weekend for us ands for the team. Let's see for the future.
(6 - Mabellini Andrea / Lenzi Virginia):
This is 120%. Virgi is so strong because we made the jump at the beginning, we made a big impact coming down. Wow! Also the wipers went on for a while. But we continue pushing because she said, continue like this, we must try at least. Trust me, this is the maximum I can do. No more than this. And that's all for the weekend. Not the one we were expecting, of course, but tough moments, to be honest. We need to work, but we need some more support. We cannot drive like this all the time.
(2 - Marczyk Miko / Gospodarczyk Szymon):
The time is not like we would like, but it's okay. This is the finish of the weekend. I was hoping for a little bit better time here on power stage, but it was not a good weekend from our side. It could be faster, but also we had some technical issue from the start of the race. We need to try refocus, and now will be really different tarmac because we are going to Rally Poland next.
(14 - Bulacia Marco / López Alejandro):
We have improved quite a lot. Still I'm struggling to trust my pace notes. I'm not trusting, I'm not fully committed with the grip of the tyre. But yeah, I think we need a bit more of kilometres to build up the confidence. But still, we are very happy for our weekend.
(25 - Campedelli Simone / Canton Tania):
I can't do anything more. Honestly on this one, I pushed like hell, and I'm satisfied with my driving. During the weekend maybe, sometimes I lost the confidence, and I was not fully committed. But on this one, considering that it's also power stage for national championship, I gave it my all.
(8 - Creighton William / Regan Liam):
Now we've got to the finish. I suppose one corner ruined a really strong result. But that's how it goes, you know, the disappointment from that will make us learn. To be able to set the times that we did yesterday, we have to be pretty happy with that against some of the best here in Rome with a lot of experience.
(7 - Tempestini Simone / Maior Francesca):
It was a nice one. I enjoyed also the first pass. Now it was even better. I wanted to drive a bit more clean, smooth, but in places I like to slide too much. I think I lost a bit of time with that. But it was a nice stage and a difficult weekend for us, but I'm really proud that we are here.
(34 - Blach Roberto / Sosa Daniel):
I think that it's a good weekend for us. You know, it's only my second rally in the year, and it's normal this position. But I finished the rally with a good pace.
