There is still a long rally to go. In this stage we had to take a bit of detour because the right hander approached before I expected and I had to go straight onto a new road and then go to another new road to find myself back to the stage. I'm enjoying the conditions when they are like this. | |

Somehow the feeling is not really good at the end of the stage. Until the uphill section it was more or less ok. It was not the easiest one. | |

We had a family of giraffe on the road and the baby was the last one and I dropped to first gear and followed it for 200-300 metres so I lost maybe 15-20 seconds. We lost time but I didn't want to risk anything because of the animal. At the end I just washed out a touched a tree and luckily it was a soft touch. | |

It was really really ok. I tried to manage the speed. It was a really clean stage. We are one second off the fastest time, so I think this is exactly what we should be doing. Let's see if it rains on the next stage it could be a flipper. | |

It was very slippery on the braking so the only way to rotate the car was to slow it with a Scandinavian flick. At least it was fun. It can be a very beautiful rally, but also a very frustrating one. Always nice to come here. | |
