| (24 - Jürgenson Romet / Oja Siim): problems with power steering | |
(23 - Zaldivar Fabrizio / Der Ohannesian Marcelo):
I don't know but to be honest I was driving the last 10k without water on the wipers. I was taking it quite easy. It is shame as we had a good flow.
(22 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Listerud Jørn):
The last 10km I couldn't see anything. Every time I hit water I could use that as a little bit of a windscreen cleaner but it just got worse and worse. Disaster.
(21 - Virves Robert / Viilo Jakko):
I have never seen anything like this. It is basically undriveable you really can't touch the throttle. The screenwash is empty and I couldn't see through the glass. I hope this is the first and last time like this.
(95 - Armstrong Jon / Byrne Shane):
I think we basically just survived, It was really difficult to have any rhythm with the amount of water in the ruts. I had to be super careful. I don't known if our roof vent is slightly open as we got a dump of mud on us too.
(4 - Lappi Esapekka / Mälkönen Enni):
It is impossible to drive at least for me. The grip really low and you just slide around. I had two half spins, it is so unpredictable. I cannot do anything.
(5 - Pajari Sami / Salminen Marko):
I had some quite big surprises. It was extremely tricky and for sure it was not good, but it felt super difficult.
(1 - Ogier Sébastien / Landais Vincent):
I think we lost minutes. That is what we expected.
(11 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn):
We need a boat in there or something else than a rally car. I took it carefully you don't know where it is slippery and what is behind the corner. Nothing is working everything is soo cold, the brakes. The rally is long, anything can happen.
(16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre):
It is proper Kenya style now. There is very heavy rain in the stage. You trust the grip some time and then you just lose it. I saw many guys going wide and was afraid of punctures. That was a crazy stage.
(18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron):
No way! Before the start we lost the connection with Aaron all the way through without pacenotes.
(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott):
Can't believe we're in this position again, I can't see anything, we were saved a bit by the rain in the end, but can't see anything.
| (18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron): issues with intercom | |
| It is raining, road is muddy. | |
(50 - Kalimpinya Queen / Ngabo Olivier):
retired before start | |
