The car is back to being perfect to me – thanks to the mechanics who worked hard overnight. They’re happy to see me back in the car although I’m paying the penalty for being first on the road today. The roads this morning were complete marbles – and on a crest it’s so difficult to judge. Enjoyable though – especially the last one, with massive trees lining the finish and you’re in fifth/sixth gear.
