This morning I had never driven this stage in this direction, so we were checking our notes. This was better but it will take a lot to get over the disappointment of yesterday.

Rhythm is not a problem, just never done this stage before, a lot of high speed braking sections, I just wasn’t sure where to brake.

After we went off we were back to full speed for four or five kilometres but then the compression strut broke. I've made a repair and I hope to get back to service.

It is a bit cleaner. There are some corners that are a lot more gravel, there is a bit more grip under braking on the line. I am enjoying it more.

Here good run, slippy braking, I took my time. Certainly my target is just to keep in front of everyone else. We changed the rim and everything is perfect.
