I had a pretty clean drive and I'm happy with that. The road is cleaning a lot. Anders got something in his eye at the start but he managed to read the notes ok.

In a left hand corner I lost the rear a bit and we hit a tree stump. I did not see it on the recce and it spun the car a round. We just have to do what we can to get the second place.

We went off, came round a corner and suddenly deep water, lose control of the car and off the road. Not easy for sure.

Nothing to worry about. It was alright, not perfect but I am happy enough with it. A beautiful stage. A lot of Norwegian people, I see a lot of flags so that is nice.

The base is hard, it felt like the tyres were going off a bit at the end. A decent start.
