I overshot the first junction, so I lost a hell of a lot of time. That was a bit stupid. Anyway, not really what I hoped for today. The pace is good, but I took a bit of a gamble with the tyres and it didn't pay off. There's a long weekend ahead with still many stages to go tomorrow and Sunday. We just have to keep pushing and we will see what happens.

No tyres! It's as simple as that. I gambled a bit on the tyres in the last stage and that were dead at the end. Now we see the consequence of that.
