(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott):
The morning started pretty well and things were going fine in the second stage of the loop as well. But unfortunately a new layout at the end of the stage caught us out a bit. We picked up a double puncture and managed to fit another tyre to start the next stage, but it looks like there was more damage caused by the impact with the rock. Coming into the first braking of the last stage of the loop, the rear suspension gave way at that moment – or something at the rear anyway - and that’s where it ended unfortunately. I had to take one look at that to know that it couldn’t be fixed, especially here in Kenya. So there was no chance to do anything unfortunately.

(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott):
Absolute joke. They put all these things in the finish to stop us from cutting after the recce, now stones are everywhere. I went out of the line and punctured. It's completely out of order.

(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott):
The puncture is shame for Ogier. It is so unpredictable in this stage as we have said so many times. These hard ruts and stuff are hard to judge. Not easy.

I think getting through without issue was quite important. Obviously tomorrow all hell is going to brake loose. We are in an ok position for now but obviously a long way to go. If past years are to go by a bit of everything can happen tomorrow. You are never ready for that.

I didn't have a good feeling in here again I really struggled with the balance.

(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott):
Trying to do what we can, nothing really crazy. The feeling is never nice, the stage is really hard and it is really hard on the tyres. Clean run.

It is pretty tough.

(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott):
The first one was a bit frustrating and was managing a bit of an issue there but we managed to sort it after. After it has been clean enough. In here it is not a nice one. It is so flat out with some high commitment stuff and it is just about how brave you want to be on things that will break the car. Brakes was the issue on the first one.

I felt like I was going nowhere a very loose stage. It is very difficult to judge the conditions, that is how it is.

Not great. I had a terrible feeling with the car.

It was more straight forward. It was all ok a bit mixed in places.

Can't believe we're in this position again, I can't see anything, we were saved a bit by the rain in the end, but can't see anything.
