INFORMATION ABOUT SS 10
retired (26 - Muradian Artur / Kulikov Yuriy): retired after SS 10
Stage was cancelled, crews will obtain notional time.
retired (8 - Nordgren Juuso / Suominen Tapio): accident in SS 10, crew is OK
Cars are now re-routed back to service.
flash info (7 - Tsouloftas Alexandros / Chrysostomou Antonis): We had such a big moment. We went wide while going fast, then the car turned and we were going backwards.
flash info (6 - Galatariotis Simos / Ioannou Antonios): I hope it will be like this. We will push more in the next stages. I feel the pressure because I have never won the rally.
flash info (2 - Magalhães Bruno / Magalhães Hugo): I’m not gonna push more, I had to avoid a lot of stones on the track. I want to avoid a puncture and try to keep my position. It’s a very special event, anything can happen, you have to be focused.
flash info (3 - Al-Attiyah Nasser / Baumel Matthieu): We decided not to push from the beginning, the stage was very hard. I think I lose a bit power. Today it was OK, yesterday much worse. When we push like that, I’m sure we can win. I think the car is getting tired.
Stage was stopped.
(7 - Tsouloftas Alexandros / Chrysostomou Antonis): had a spin
(8 - Nordgren Juuso / Suominen Tapio): stopped in stage, crash, crew is ok
flash info (4 - Herczig Norbert / Ferencz Ramón): I really enjoy this rally, the steering wheel was going hard but everything is OK. This position is good for us, we tried to save tyres for the last loop.
(22 - Polykarpou Panikos / Shialos Constantinos): stopped in stage
(12 - Botka Dávid / Mesterházi Márk): missed a junction
flash info (12 - Botka Dávid / Mesterházi Márk): In the stage it was very fast, on the highway I missed a junction and due to this we went late to the stop line. Speaking Cyprus Rally, this stage was in it definitely.
flash info (10 - Avcioğlu Orhan / Korkmaz Burçin): We try to be really careful and so we are lucky to be here. In the highway, I felt vibrations from the driveshaft, we have to check it out in the service.
flash info (15 - Štajf Vojtěch / Ehlová Marcela): I thought we had a puncture on the right side, so I tried to go slower to the left corners. We take it easy, we try to keep it on the road.
flash info (9 - von Thurn und Taxis Albert / Degandt Bjorn): It’s really difficult, car wants to move a lot from the back side. It’s a very fast competition, you have to carry the speed. It was very rough, I’m happy to go for the second loop. I’m already struggling with the grip, I didn‘t expect it to be so low, the car is quite good.
Stage will be delayed for 39 minutes.
Stage surface: 64% gravel, 36% tarmac
