INFORMATION ABOUT SS 12
(7 - Loubet Pierre-Louis / Haut-Labourdette Florian): retired after SS 12
(1 - Ogier Sébastien / Ingrassia Julien): Rally lead of Sardinia is nothing I expected to hear this weekend. We did everything we could and it's been a very good start of the rally for us. A little different tyre choice where I decided to save one more soft compared to the others, and over the loop it looks like it was even a good choice to have more hard. The only alarm was the two big impacts on the last stage with two big rocks which I couldn't avoid. Luckily the car was strong in these moments and we could finish. It was not that rough, but there were some loose rocks in there. The two I had to hit were pulled out probably from the car before, and there's nothing you can do - it's a bit of bad luck sometimes. This afternoon is going to be hotter, with some rough sections expected and very tough on tyres as well. It won’t be an easy loop, so we will have to stay focused.
(6 - Sordo Dani / Rozada Borja): When I finished the last stage, I said at the beginning I lost in some places I can see, but when I saw the time of Ogier, it was difficult to understand. I don’t know where I lost all this time. I will try to do my best - I always do my best. Sometimes it's good, sometime's it's not. We need to change many parts, like we destroyed in the water splash. After that, it's maybe a little better. But it's not only this, we need to push more and be more confident.
(11 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): The morning was okay - at least the speed was there. Unfortunately we couldn't keep up with Elfyn, who was able to increase his gap. I am trying to continue to chase him down, but it won't be easy. It's going to be a tough afternoon, with new stages, and tyre choice is getting complicated already. As we have seen already, anything can happen and the rally is still long.
(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): I pulled my finger out overnight. It's definitely going better, the feeling in the car is better. It's incredible what a small change can do really. I think it's close all around, so I'm trying not to get drawn into anything too easily. We have to keep doing the best job we can, it’s still a long way to go.
(65 - Covi Carlo / Lorigiola Michela): retired in SS 12

(18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Barritt Daniel): double puncture
