(20 - Solberg Oliver / Edmondson Elliott): The car is not fantastic so it's difficult to find a rhythm. The driving is okay but this one is super tricky. So narrow in the middle there and I just tried to be very clean because it's too risky. | |
(3 - Suninen Teemu / Markkula Mikko): It is pretty much where I expected to be but the challenge is quite big. The top guys are going really hard and they know exactly how to drive these cars here, but we are doing our best. I am enjoying a lot - these are amazing cars. | |
(7 - Loubet Pierre-Louis / Gilsoul Nicolas): It's okay. Not easy but we enjoyed it. In some places I am too slow - I just need to find some performance. Let's continue. | |
(18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron): I overshot a junction so it was not nice. It was a Tarmac junction and I went too late with the braking. | |
(4 - Lappi Esapekka / Ferm Janne): It's still off so we need to reset it in service. There was some misunderstanding at the stage start. | |
(11 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): I feel quite okay. A couple of corners I could go slightly faster but it's early in the rally and you need to keep very well concentrated to get through. A good start I would say, but I think we could improve a little bit to get more speed. | |
(8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): There is not too much motivation but we need to do it and try to learn a bit. Not so easy, but that's it. | |
(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): Everything is fine. It was an okay run through but we're just struggling for the last bit of speed that we need, really. I can feel that it's not quite there yet. | |
(69 - Rovanperä Kalle / Halttunen Jonne): Quite tricky still. There were some sections which were a bit better, but some were worse. It's crazy how much loose gravel there is, there is not much more I can do. We are driving quite well at the moment. I need to push quite hard and it's not easy when you don't have any grip - you are all the time on the limit. |
