INFORMATION ABOUT SS 18
(40 - Kohn Filip / Whittock Ross): was out of road
(8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): Let's see for the championship, obviously what happened to Seb... it is always difficult to fight a friend and then something like this happens so it is difficult to find feelings. Everything changed, especially in the manufacturers' championship. We took care to have a clean stage and bring the points home.
(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): I feel okay about the weekend, of course it is hard to be fully happy after a weekend like that. Some good moments, not a bad weekend over all. We weren't so fast this morning, quite fast again now. Yeah, it's like that.
(11 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): It's not much help to say we could've won the title, a challenging event, we are in the rhythm after Friday. A small mistake happened, we had to manage our race, we wanted to bring it home. It wasn't to be this weekend. Japan is coming up and looking forward to it. Thank you to the team once again for the reliable car and sorry for the mistake.
(18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron): Huge thanks to the team, such a difficult moment and that moment I had last month, had massive support from the team. Juha and Janni are gravel team, huge thanks to them. I tried everything today, things can happen on this rally; it is tough. I tried to do my best. It will be interesting in Japan, maximum push. I have never tried maximum push before but we will try in Japan.
(13 - Munster Grégoire / Louka Louis): I think it was required to be smart in such conditions. Not so much happened on the Thursday, but lots happened today. Big thanks to the gravel crew, we have done what we needed to do.
(19 - Serderidis Jourdan / Miclotte Fréderic): I enjoyed more and more throughout the weekend. Driving on the asphalt was difficult throughout the weekend. I was hoping for top 20, I think we are near that. You will see me in Kenya.
(9 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Eriksen Torstein): It's been a tough weekend, but there are many positives to take where you compare to Monte Carlo and Croatia where we were hugely off the pace. We started the rally well, we had a good test and I finally felt one with the car. We are happy with the weekend, unfortunately it is not something you can brag about. Hopefully we can secure some points for the Wolf Power Stage, it was a clean run, hopefully we can go faster.
(16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre): It's been a nightmare to drive the car on the first two days with the technical issue we had. I am quite happy at the end we had a clean day and now the car is working. It is a shame, last time we won in WRC2, we were on the roof. Maybe that rally win will come one day.
(29 - Marczyk Miko / Gospodarczyk Szymon): I am very happy! It is our first podium in WRC2, I was not thinking it was possible to fight with the podium in WRC2. I appreciate it, especially Friday as I was not quite fast. Yesterday we were on quite good pace, and today. I am happy, this is big success for us, I am happy to fight with Kajto and this is good.
(24 - Kajetanowicz Kajetan / Szczepaniak Maciej): My feeling is much better in the car, it was my plan also to do it here before Japan, now we are ready I hope. I made the wrong decision in service today, we are fighting with McErlean, he had hard tyres and we had soft. It wasn't a good decision, but okay. Thank you for my team - they told me "Kajto, lets do it this way" and I said no, I was wrong. Thank you to my family, I go home now, 40 days!
(30 - Mareš Filip / Bucha Radovan): I am really happy. First of all I would like to thank my wife who is at home with our two children, our small guy is only two weeks old, I love them. We are really happy about the result, we didn't expect it. Our season was full of ups and downs, this is the gift at the end. I would like to thank my team and the Czech fans!
(20 - Solberg Oliver / Edmondson Elliott): Of course we have a lot of experience, it is an important weekend, it has been nine months since being on Tarmac. Speed was good striaght away, we learnt a lot in the morning yesterday with the setup. Good fun weekend, thanks to the team, we have had good testing and it has been a fun year with everyone. It has been a good season, a waiting game, but good fun. I don't think I will be in Japan, I will lay on the sofa. For sure the pressure is on Pajari now.
(22 - Gryazin Nikolay / Aleksandrov Konstantin): I was told to be calm, do the job and let the car drive and not me, so I was like a spectator. Thank you to the team, the co-driver, the gravel crew. I could not have done this without the information from them. Thank you for the team that did not let me slow down this weekend.
