INFORMATION ABOUT SS 7
(44 - Kohn Filip / Woodburn Tom): puncture
retired (31 - Solans Jan / Sanjuán Rodrigo): retired after SS 7
retired (59 - Al-Rawahi Abdullah / Al-Hmoud Ata): accident in SS 7
flash info (24 - Joona Lauri / Hussi Janni): Actually, the conditions were quite bad for the tyres. It was quite a stable run, not as good as the previous one but ok.
flash info (23 - Lindholm Emil / Hämäläinen Reeta): I guess we're missing the turbo or something. We were cruising quite slowly. Nothing's going our way, is it? It brings back memories of the good old two-wheel drive days! Unfortunately, that's not good for the rally...
flash info (22 - Pajari Sami / Mälkönen Enni): That was quite scary! It was maybe one of the trickiest stages I have ever done. For me, it was quite pointless to use the extra lights because it was snowing so hard and the lights were just reflecting the snow, so it wasn't so easy to see. Luckily, we had good pace notes...
flash info (21 - Solberg Oliver / Edmondson Elliott): I had problems with the handbrake in there. I couldn't turn the car in the junctions and I missed one junction. After that, I lost all the confidence. Then I just tried to take care of my tyres, maybe too much but ok, I've got through the most difficult part of the day so I'm happy with that.
flash info (31 - Solans Jan / Sanjuán Rodrigo): My idea was just to survive. I got stuck at the beginning when I released the clutch to start the stage, so then I decided to take it to the end safely because I'm here to learn and in this situation, it's very easy to make a mistake. Tomorrow, we will have a better road position. Today, starting at the front with no experience has been very difficult for me, so let's see tomorrow.
flash info (20 - Gryazin Nikolay / Aleksandrov Konstantin): It was ok. I was just trying to work on my driving style to be more clean and go aggressive where I could. We got stuck for maybe 20 seconds in a snowbank, but that's how it is.
flash info (37 - Bertelli Lorenzo / Scattolin Simone): I couldn't see anything. It was fully foggy, and the lights with the snow seemed quite out. But we are through, which is the most important thing.
flash info (4 - Lappi Esapekka / Ferm Janne): It felt way too slow, but it seems we set the fastest time so it's ok. Visibility was quite poor; when you're driving at over 160km/h, it's a bit crazy when you can't see far but you need to trust the notes and that's it.
(20 - Gryazin Nikolay / Aleksandrov Konstantin): was out of road
flash info (13 - Munster Grégoire / Louka Louis): We lost the window in the previous stage, so we're just trying to keep the car dry because otherwise we have fog on the windscreen. It was an attempt. I'm not sure if it was successful!
flash info (18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron): Oj, oj, oj, that was horrible! You canot see anything - it was very dark and there was massive snow everywhere - and we nearly went off.
flash info (16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre): Honestly, I was really struggling to see the corners, because we have lights but it's snowing. Many times, I was just braking in the lines. I'm really proud to be on the podium for now, because the conditions are crazy.
flash info (11 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): It's still the same fuel pressure problem, but we carry on. In the stage it's not a problem. I could have gone a little bit faster at the end, but it's very easy to go off. Other than that, I had a good stage.
flash info (33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): I'm not really sure what's been going on this afternoon. I can't even see from here to the sign in front of me, and we're going so fast. It's a bit bonkers, but we're still here.
