| INFORMATION ABOUT SS 17 | |
(27 - Solans Jan / Sanjuán Rodrigo):
retired after SS 17 | |
(1 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn):
Very special. It's been a super tough season with an unexpected victory. The family was there to support as well, it couldn't have been better. We have a lot of work ahead of us to prepare for next year. We'll keep fighting and hopefully get all the support to be ready for next year.
(16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre):
It was a big learning process this season. Happy how it went in the end. We need to learn from the mistakes, like yesterday, and go forward. Thanks to the team for the whole season, it's always important to push that way. It's been a good weekend anyway. We could be at the highest step of the podium, anyway happy to be on the podium.
(17 - Ogier Sébastien / Landais Vincent):
What a season, that's for sure. What a fight with Elfyn and Scott. They have been pushing us to the limit up to the very last stage of the year. It's been a successful season for the whole team - proud to be part of this family.
(5 - Pajari Sami / Salminen Marko):
We came here with a mission to take the first win and it was going really well for a long time. Super happy with the performance this week. Disappointed still to end the rally like that, but okay. We're looking forward to next year and we'll keep pushing.
(18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron):
Good to finish the rally, but one very optimistic pacenote and it's like this. But it's rallying and I just need to learn from this. Sorry for the team. For sure i'll come back much stronger next year. Huge thanks to the team.
(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott):
I mean, it was a tough event obviously. I think we did what we could in reason. Puncture on saturday morning didn't help, but that's the name of the game, everybody's had their fair share of issues. We're competitors at the end of the day, always want more. Thank you to everyone - TGR, amazing job. Thank you guys.
(69 - Rovanperä Kalle / Halttunen Jonne):
It has been quite amazing. I have to say, big thank you to Jonne first of course, we've had so good times together. Good result, but I mostly remember all the fun times. Thank you to every single person on the journey with me and Jonne. Sepcially thank you to Toyota for all these great last years, everybody in the team and the supporters since first day. I can't thank you all. Congrats to Seb if he takes the title, fully deserved. Special thank you to one guy - thank you Jasse, you've been the only follower since day one.
(13 - Munster Grégoire / Louka Louis):
Happy to be at the end of this one, it's been a struggle. Gutted for Martinš, he was the star of the rally. Huge thanks to the team for the effort all season. We didn't have the result we wanted, but they were always pushing for it.
(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
It's been an unbelievable pleasure to be in the Rally1 this year. Big thanks to M-Sport and the whole team. It's been a crazy year, from Monte to Saudi and hopefully we can be back in the seat next year.
(8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin):
We tried, but there's zero grip and it's full loose. Anyway, still super grateful for the sport, even in these difficult times. Thank you to my family for allowing me to chase my dream and even without being at any of my daughters' birthdays. I'm there for them now.
(20 - Al-Attiyah Nasser / Carrera Cándido):
This race is a real challenge. First time for WRC to be here and the comments from all the drivers saying it's tough. This is is something special to end the season with this one. Thank you to WRC and thank you to Saudi Arabia for having this race here.
