I was a bit surprised by the time. I'm very disappointed. I'm a bit sad today with the animals in SS 3 and everything. Instead of being 16s behind it could have been 10s but that's life.

The grip is very low and very changeable and that is not my favourite conditions. Hopefully it should dry out a bit this afternoon and be bit better.

I had no front as the tyre were overheating and the braking was not very efficient. On the grease we were able to catch back some time. It was a bit of a compromise. The balance is quite ok we also know on the softs we find more confidence in the car than the hard. The rally is still very long. The afternoon loop will be a hell of a ride.

Tough stage, It is one of the stages that is evolving with the pollution being dragged out. It is our first time through and there is a million corners.

One hundred percent we expected it to dry. It was last minute decision to go with the cross tyre option.
