(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
Really satisfied. Enjoyed it a lot. We really needed a clean result. Thanks to the team, they stuck by us. It's a good job. Portugal's next, where we hopefully can find a good rhythm.

(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
It has been a long weekend of trying to chase set up. We are satisfied with what we have done as we were far off Jon in Croatia.

(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
There are still some small humid patches towards the end but the grip is quite good. It is ok.

(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
It was not bad. I woke up and checked the weather and I got a bit of a shock. It is tricky and it is always changing. We are happy enough.

(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
It was ok. As soon as we got the message that Jon was off we backed off a bit. Where he has been, he is lucky. It is a shame as we have bene having a good race together.

(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
It is quite dusty, there is a fine level of dirt. The grip is a lot better than this morning. We still need to find something.
|

(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
It was better. There are still some surprising sections with massive understeer. There was some small spits of rain at the start.
|

(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
It was more damp than we expected. I think it rained after our route note crew went through. It is a big stage.

(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
It is so hard to understand the grip and the surface. It is quite hard and we are running a cross so you have oversteer and understeer.

(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
It is very important the [inter team battle] this is what the Motorsport Ireland Academy is all about to push each other on. I don't think I woke enough this morning. Let's keep trying. There is a lot of time I see in there.

It is important to get a good clean Friday as it has been a long time. It has been a nice battle with Jon Armstrong this afternoon. Hopefully we cna make some steps forward.

(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
It was a bit more predictable now. It has been ok and it has been a big day. We are still learning how to drive.

(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
It is ok. It is so difficult to manage. I'm trying to be as patient as possible and just focus on the driving. It is a nice race with Jon.

(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
Not sure, it is quite strange. We can't get the front to bite. Maybe it is heat [on the road] and bit from me.
|

(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
Understeer is massive. When you are reaching for the handbrake in fourth gear is not good. It is really difficult to manage from a driving side.

(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
It was ok. I was trying to use all the road. It has been an ok start. We just keep on enjoying.

It is massive for the sport these stages. It was a nice way to start the rally.
