Tricky weekend for us. Coming here for the fans and they're absolutely phenomenal, makes you feel like a superstar. Difficult period for us on tarmac. We've learnt a lot along way and it was a great pleasure to be with Rally1 on tarmac. Looking forward to the gravel events now.

It is nice to get the first loop done. This will be the last run of tarmac Rally1s which is a bit of shame but let's try and enjoy it.

Cooler temperatures are helping in the car a bit. This wide road is quite tricky to carry the speed. We will try some things to fix it.

It is crazy. I'm struggling a lot with it to be honest. It is quite demanding but we are through cleanly.

It is still difficult. It is quite a demanding stage for the tyres. Our brakes are not great after the last one. It is so demanding. we had a bit of a moment and then I decided to back off a bit as it is not worth risking it.

It was a bit dirtier with the cuts. The temperatures are getting hotter now. We started to lose the brakes towards the end and on the downhill it wasn't confidence inspiring.

It is fast. It is hard to trust the notes as there is so many shadows and you cannot see the road. The strobe lighting effect is affecting me a bit. It is ok we are through.

That's all good now, but it's demanding instead for everything, and whenever you can't really get the front to turn, it's not so nice.

The surface still changes a bit. But yeah, it's nice and warm. I think already the tyres are getting onto the limit, but we seem to have some problem with the handbrake. It wouldn't release properly.

Obviously in the last one we got the puncture at 13km mark so we had to stop and change I got out before the car behind which was good, but we lost a lot of time. It was difficult day to try and find some rhythm. There is still two days left to find some improvements.

Up the hill there was a stone and the tyre immediately dropped pressure. We had no option but to stop. That is the least of our problems to run a soft now...

It is bit slippy. We are just trying the cross as the softs are quite worn after the last stage. It was a compromise and we knew it wasn't going to be optimal. Let's see for the afternoon at least we have good knowledge of every tyre option now.

It is quite sketchy in there to be honest. We opted for the a more aggressive tyre choice which probably wasn't the best. One hundred percent we expected it to dry. It was last minute decision to go with the cross tyre option.
