(22 - Dumas Romain / Giraudet Denis): It was very difficult, it was foggy, I was not trusting the grip so a lot of times I was too slow. I did not drive good.
(21 - Prokop Martin / Ernst Michal): It was quite ok, I expect much more difficult conditions and the traction was very good, I was surprised how it was. I try to improve a bit as in these slippy conditions I do not have much experience.
(4 - Østberg Mads / Andersson Jonas): All the poles have been taken away, very strange. I dont think the spectators have done it. All of them are gone and a lot of cutting. I entered every corner thinking they were there and they werent.
(2 - Hirvonen Mikko / Lehtinen Jarmo): It was ok, so many corners are different from the recce, it is really annoying, I dont like this. We try to do something.
(9 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Nagle Paul): For sure it is quite dirty, struggle to find confidence in these conditions, a lot of understeer.
(5 - Novikov Evgeny / Minor Ilka): Nothing, I was just very careful on this first stage on the wet. Just very careful, later I will push a bit more, but to start I was careful.
(8 - Ogier Sébastien / Ingrassia Julien): We have to push, we have to take risk. There was some fog on the top, it was not easy. Thierry is going to be hard to catch, at least we will fight to get a place on the podium.
(1 - Loeb Sébastien / Elena Daniel): Nothing happen really, I have a lot of oversteer in the fast section, I cannot trust the car in the fast parts.
(7 - Latvala Jari-Matti / Anttila Miikka): It was good start, I lost everything on the first 2 splits, when we had a delay at the start of stage, I was not confident to know if there would be good temperature of the tyres. In a couple of places there wwere some big cuts, it was a surprise for me.
(10 - Sordo Dani / Del Barrio Carlos): We spun, you can see the road very bad. I lost time there, all the time I lost in this place. It will be difficult, Neuville is pushing really hard. It will be difficult to catch him.
(11 - Neuville Thierry / Gilsoul Nicolas): More cuts than I expect, they changed it since the recce, maybe spectators or the organisation. We had to change a bit the pacenotes.
