(4 - Loeb Sébastien / Elena Daniel): I told to Ogier before the stage that I thought it was better to take the studded tyres here. That I had the wrong ones. I was a little surprised by the amount of snow and ice in there. But in the end it was ok for us. A decent time.
(6 - Tänak Ott / Mõlder Raigo): Snow tyres crossed. Difficult today, still very snowy and very slippery. I was surprised how snowy it was.
(14 - Solberg Henning / Minor Ilka): Scary in there, I can tell you. I am quite happy, I have to learn this with these conditions and this type of tyre.
(8 - Sordo Dani / Martí Marc): I am driving on used studded tyres, I want to save new ones for tomorrow.
(21 - Prokop Martin / Tománek Jan): Absolutely, I am happy with tyre choice (full studs). The conditions were trickiest in the morning with the fog and you could not see the road. I am happy, it was the safe choice.
(5 - Evans Elfyn / Barritt Daniel): We had a spin in there which was completely unnecessary. Something coming up too fast and I panicked and grabbed the handbrake.
(3 - Meeke Kris / Nagle Paul): In the end you just had to go on your own judgement, things are changing all the time.
(7 - Neuville Thierry / Gilsoul Nicolas): It was wrong information we had, I do not know what happened between the two hours, but for me it was 60% ice. The slick tyre the car was unbalanced, on the cuts and ice the car was horrible to drive.
(12 - Østberg Mads / Andersson Jonas): Scary… It is scary, no studs in there is scary!
(5 - Evans Elfyn / Barritt Daniel): spun
(9 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Fløene Ola): It is tricky, with the fog now as well and the ice.
(2 - Latvala Jari-Matti / Anttila Miikka): I was a bit more confident on the stage than this morning. There was snowing in the beginning of the stage and there was a lot more ice than they say. I think it is the right tyre choice.
(1 - Ogier Sébastien / Ingrassia Julien): I don’t know, I cannot speak on the radio now.
(16 - Kubica Robert / Szczepaniak Maciej): There is quite a lot of ice and snow, it is very slippery, so we took it quite steady.
(18 - Chardonnet Sébastien / De La Haye Thibault): We made it. We pushed quite a lot at the end, but on four snow tyres without studs it was difficult - especially at the start. On the next stage it should be a little drier.
