It's been an okay day. Very low risk from our side and I am not really happy with the last stage. I had information in my notes that there was a lot of ice but in the end there was nothing and I braked too much in a lot of places. | |

We are feeling well. For sure, it was a good day. The first stages were really great, then we had a little hybrid problem. I had a good stage in here I think, but it's freezing a little bit more now.
I was really surprised when I was doing the best time in the shakedown in the first pass because usually in the shakedown I am not great, but since that we tried to push to get a feeling in the car. It's not a big gap, but we are happy to be leading after the first day. | |

It's a good day for experience and a good day for me and the team to learn a lot. I tried to push a bit harder in here now and it felt good, but there were some other places I backed off. The biggest progress has been the consistencies. It's running quite okay. In some stages the grip is very high and we don't have the tools to improve, but we are still running so that's positive. | |
