INFORMATION ABOUT SS SHAKEDOWN
Runs of drivers codriven by VIP: Ogier (2:13.8), Evans (2:13.4), Sordo (2:13.5), Fourmaux (2:16.1)
(47 - McErlean Joshua / Fulton James): Not so good cause we were trying to save tyres! Maybe I'll get shouted at in service now. Big weekend coming up, we had a good weekend in Portugal.
(27 - Linnamäe Georg / Morgan James): The challenge is very interesting, there are lots of things to think about like tyres and the car itself, you also need to be quick enough to be in the battle. The challenge is the most interesting part.
(26 - Joona Lauri / Hussi Janni): It was a nice stage, not representative of the rest of the rally but I think we are looking forward this afternoon. It is quite hard as we have rough conditions for stages but we will try what we can.
(31 - Solans Jan / Sanjuán Rodrigo): It's a rally that I really like a lot and we are coming from a good performance in Portugal, we know it's a tough competition and these guys go really fast so let's see what happens.
(23 - Ciamin Nicolas / Roche Yannick): It's not the most interesting shakedown but it gets us used to driving again before this afternoon, really excited to go this afternoon and the stages are nice.
(22 - Gryazin Nikolay / Aleksandrov Konstantin): This pass was quite easy, but we had no sound in the middle of the stage. We found the issue so now we will fix, but it is not a nice experience driving with one hand on the handbrake and the other trying to hold the spare intercom. We went a bit wide in a couple of places.
(20 - Rossel Yohan / Boulloud Benjamin): I think in the past codriver Boulloud worked together and he's my friend, he is my best option after a short time. It's quite good, it is a challenge for me, him and the team. It is not an easy rally for sure but we are ready for the fight.
(13 - Munster Grégoire / Louka Louis): Trying something new with a setup change from Portugal, we will see on the rally.
(6 - Sordo Dani / Carrera Cándido): After Portugal, we have a little bit more to give. It is a difficult rally, narrow in places and lots of stones so you can make a small mistake, but we will give everything.
(18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron): It's going to be a big change, so good to get a good feeling. I'm looking forward to the rally.
(17 - Ogier Sébastien / Landais Vincent): It will be important today like every gravel rally, you need to pick up the best start position. Really low grip on the first pass, but really high grip on the second pass. We are looking forward to it later.
(16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre): We are here to compete, the plan is to do the best we can and end up on the podium again. I need to do a good rally and enjoy, it's gonna be a challenge. The profile is different with the rally being shorter so it will be interesting to see.
(8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): Much more fun in this one, it will be demanding. It is quite a bit shorter as well so it will make it a bit more intense.
(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): Feeling okay, hopefully there is more grip than that on the stages but not sure that will be the case.
(11 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): With the conditions we're gonna face, lots of cleaning, it's going to be challenging but we're going to do our jobs. |
