INFORMATION ABOUT SS 5
(46 - Černý Jan / Krajča Ondřej): It was very good. The first one was very tricky. The second one, I really enjoyed it. It was almost dry. The third one was quite difficult, with some ice at the end, we were quite cautious there.
(26 - Ingram Chris / McKillop Hannah): Went off in the first stage this morning, we lost quite a lot of time. But then the last two stages, we found a bit more rhythm. This afternoon is going to be better.
(22 - Solberg Oliver / Edmondson Elliott): I had ice in pacenotes everywhere and in the final there was almost nothing, it was to go flat out.
(27 - Lefebvre Stéphane / Malfoy Andy): I have no confidence with the car. I scare myself in tricky parts. We must find solutions for this afternoon.
(20 - Rossel Yohan / Dunand Arnaud): technical issues in the middle of stage
(13 - Munster Grégoire / Louka Louis): On the first stage this morning I went wide and was stuck. Here, there were also some icy patches and I was way too careful but from my experience of this morning I think that staying on the road is the best option.
(16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre): I am quite happy. We tried something on the first stage but we had to adjust a little bit between stages. Now I am quite happy with the car and I have the confidence.
(9 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Eriksen Torstein): For sure we would like to be faster, but I don't want to push it. We are a little bit driving blind but it should be better for the second loop.
(18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron): The conditions have changed a lot after the gravel crew came through, so it's not easy to trust information. I am just trying to get more experience and finish the rally.
(17 - Ogier Sébastien / Landais Vincent): I was struggling so far. I am having a tough week but I am trying my best. I will tell you later.
(8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): It was actually quite good, but this black ice is a bit different and you don't really know if it's before the corner or in the corner.
(11 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): I had a lot of ice in my notes at the end and it melted down faster than expected. So I was just too careful. It's risky to take more risks when the pace notes say there is more ice everywhere.
(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): Tricky. It's improved a bit, but it's so bad where it is icy and quite good grip where it's not.

Weather is sunny, road is mixture of dry and damp tarmac, in last 5 kms should be icy parts.
