INFORMATION ABOUT SS 2
(48 - Marchino Filippo / Ometto Pietro Elia): was out of road
retired (35 - Roveta Alberto / Gonella Nicoló): accident in SS 2
flash info (24 - Daprà Roberto / Guglielmetti Luca): A bit better than the previous one, very tricky, we almost spun in one of the last corners. A lot more difficult than expected. I think the snow tyre was not a bad choice, we just need to stay on the road and continue like this.
flash info (23 - Greensmith Gus / Andersson Jonas): It was very slippery, same with the last one, lost rear brakes part way through. Not sure why we keep losing them.
flash info (22 - Rossel Yohan / Dunand Arnaud): It is just the first stage, if the rally finishes now I am a bit disappointed! Noisy stage for sure, lots of mud and lots of cut but it is the same for everybody I am sure. Last year I lost 10sec, this year six. It is good for sure.
flash info (21 - Gryazin Nikolay / Aleksandrov Konstantin): Was a bit better, but in the last part I think the ice is coming, or it was the mud, at the end of the stage. Was really tricky, but I released the throttle in the last part. Quite tricky, wasn't dry in a lot of places.
flash info (20 - Solberg Oliver / Edmondson Elliott): On previous stage I hit a mountain, broke the rim, punctured and damaged the damper! Other than that the car is okay and I made sure I warmed the tyres properly before this one, it was all okay.
flash info (55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin): Everything learnt honestly, it is a big learning experience. It is more daunting than anything I have ever done before, especially in the night and these conditions. But hey, it's some experience. Mamma Mia.
flash info (5 - Pajari Sami / Salminen Marko): Very tricky, I must say. A lot of mud on the last section, much worse than I was expecting. I don't know how the grip was with the tyres on the muddy sections so starting to be careful. To be quicker than Kalle? Maybe we are both bad.
flash info (13 - Munster Grégoire / Louka Louis): Last part is really muddy. We need to be cautious. This was a mixed stage, wasn't expecting it. The black ice is coming out a bit, not much, but just enough to keep you out of line. Bit of understeer in third gear, which is not nice for the confidence. Keep the car a bit low and try to get the grip but a really tough stage.
flash info (69 - Rovanperä Kalle / Halttunen Jonne): The times aren't good. It is hard to say what is going wrong to be honest. Driving on the slippery part is hard.
flash info (16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre): It was incredible! The speed at the beginning is massive. Really tricky at the end with the mud, et cetera. The ice was coming in some places. This is a proper Monte Carlo stage.
flash info (17 - Ogier Sébastien / Landais Vincent): It's a tricky one, much more inconsistent than the first one. A little bit too cautious, especially in the end, it is hard to be as committed as the beginning and being fast. Not the perfect stage, but good time.
flash info (8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): It's super tricky conditions, so many surprises. We tried our best but it is tricky.
flash info (33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): Very difficult, I found it difficult. Difficult to read the grip, felt like there was a layer of mud or dirt in places. I had a few slides in places, I was expecting the same level of grip everywhere. Tricky.
flash info (1 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): Much more dirty than expected, it was full of muddy places where there was nothing when the gravel crew went through. In some places there was ice forming, we had to slow down. Also from the smoke from fireworks we have seen nothing sometimes.
Road is completely dry with some humid parts.
