I was expecting a little bit better conditions. In the beginning it was snowing a little bit. Towards the end the mud places started to freeze again. I was running with the snow tyre with studs all the time , I felt more comfortable with this.

I was a bit more confident on the stage than this morning. There was snowing in the beginning of the stage and there was a lot more ice than they say. I think it is the right tyre choice.

It was messy, I had to take it carefully, very messy in some places. In some places the snow had come into the road. I had a quite smooth run and concentrating on my tactics.

A lot better than the first one, I did not have good feeling in the first one, I did not feel comfortable so I drove it very carefully.

I took it very steady. Very demanding conditions and it's a long rally. Lots of black ice and fog here. No reason to take any kind of risk. There are good stages to come.
