It has been a great rally for us. Amazing way to start the season for Volkswagen, to get a 1-2-3 in Monte Carlo, does not happen everyday.

Ok stage for us, no problems, just securing the third place. We went with the super soft, too soft for this stage.

Clean stage for us, no problems. It is a nice stage, we sill see what we will do. Third place is very good.

It has been a good day, just driving careful, using my head. It is tricky conditions and all about tyre choice. Still a long day tomorrow but feeling more and more confident.

We went with no risk, we went very slow in the icy parts. A clean stage for us. You go super slow on the icy parts, better to be on the safe side.

You never know what is the correct tyre choice, but I think it was okay for us. A clean stage for us. A lot of sideways driving, it was quite fun.

It was ok. A little tricky as there was so much mud in the road, a little bit snow and ice. A clean stage for us, try not take risk. We take 2 slicks and 2 snow tyres.

I am not so sure about the last stage, we should have gone with snow tyres without studs. We continue like this.

What a stage! I thought today was going to get easier. So difficult, so much ice. More ice than I expected also the fog, no visibility at all. I played it safe.

It was ok, I just playing it very carefully, so tricky… I take no risk and I lose a lot of time. We have two snow tyres and two studded tyre which I think was the correct choice. It is a long rally so I am just taking my time.

Very tricky, I try to go with no risk, drive with a clever pace. Not easy at all. It is going to get better and better for sure for drivers following, we will do as good a job as we can from the front.
