It's fantastic. This rally is the most important of the season for me. So emotional to be able to do it here in Monte Carlo. A fourth victory on such a difficult rally. I'm very happy. I have to thank my team and especially my gravel crew - they've done a great job. The car was perfect, I'm so happy to take this win for Volkswagen.

Was all fine, quite easy. Was just tidy to go through. Now lets go for the last one. I think 3 points will be difficult for me on the next power stage today as I do not have the right tyre. If it finish with this position it will be a perfect start to the season.

At the end we have to do our job get to the end and get the victory. Very nice (stage), technical, I am surprised to be the fastest as we do not have the best tyre choice for this one. It is a good start of the day.
