If I went with the same tyre choice as everyone else, I would've been anyhow slower. It was not a good weekend for us. It is what it is. We're gonna learn from it and look forward to Sweden.
26.01.2025 09:01	17	(1 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): It's a lottery. It's very hard to see any ice, but there is. I even don't know what is a good tyre choice in there, at the end I was losing a lot with the studded. The handling wasn't great.
26.01.2025 07:01	16	(1 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): Probably not too bad tyre choice, we have to see the whole loop, the points are given over the whole loop. Just too careful at the end but you don't know where the ice is, the grip was good on the last 3km but I didn't try to drive faster. Not too bad, but like I said it wasn't a very committed run but lots of surprises. Let's see.

If it is tricky conditions for tomorrow then it will be an advantage or disadvanatge for us. The target is to take some points from tomorrow and then put this weekend behind us because there will be easier weekends for us.
25.01.2025 16:01	14	(1 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): I am fully fightng, it is very hard to keep the car on the road. We continue fighting, try and improve something tomorrow. We had some vibration, I think the rear right rim must have some damage or something.

25.01.2025 15:01	13	(1 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): It felt good to be honest, at least from the feeling I have now I couldn't do more. I am not surprised. The feeling isn't that great, it is not that bad either. It is always the same story, we are fighting a bit but not getting.
25.01.2025 11:01	12	(1 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): It was the first stage I could really enjoy this weekend to be honest, I felt better in the car, we did some changes. I got some traction, we cannot put too much in confidence. There is a difference between traction and chassis control, the balance isn't right but we have to fight for tomorrow.

There is no reason for us to push at the moment. Trying to get through. We are trying different tyre combination, damper clicks, etc.
25.01.2025 09:01	10	(1 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): I had to do a reset. The car went and then I lost the power like in Japan, we thought the turbo was gone. In the situation we were in lets try to do a reset and we were fine since. No idea, no alarm, nothing. Now it is working.

24.01.2025 17:01	9	(1 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): I was punctured far before the corner, front left puncture since the beginning. We tried to go as far and as fast as we could but at some point the tyre just went and we went straight again. I don't know if we should have stopped and changed it or not, it is hard to know if the tyre will be ok.

24.01.2025 16:01	8	(1 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): It is really tricky. On the ice, I was pushing the clutch and pushing the handbrake, all four wheels were locking. It is not easy to keep it on the road. We were talking about the car. There is a change of balance, once the tyres get very hot I get massive understeer. It's soemthing we couldn't test yet so we need to find out.
24.01.2025 15:01	7	(1 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): First of all, thank you to the guys who fixed the car. Happy to be here, not so easy to be honest, I tried to do a good stage. But I have too much inconsistency with road openings. There is no line at all, we are mkaing the line everywhere in the deep mud. I tried what I could but I don't feel so comfortable, I come off all the time and it makes it so scary.
24.01.2025 12:01	6	(1 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): I think we paid the price of not having enough experience with the tyre for the dry section, it felt like the tyre was quite stable then suddenly I lost the car on the brakes, saw the ditch and lost the rear. The car is fine to go back to service.

24.01.2025 09:01	4	(1 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): It is not easy. First on the road, no lies. Lots of surprises. I did get some rhythm but the car did not have a lot of grip. I was always losing the balance, so not easy. Sometimes the ice was still there, but even in some new places. Not easy.

There was so much little gravel, super tricky to keep the car on the road. Considering I didn't drive with the tyres on those conditions, we are discovering and have met the target to finish the day.
23.01.2025 20:01	2	(1 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): Much more dirty than expected, it was full of muddy places where there was nothing when the gravel crew went through. In some places there was ice forming, we had to slow down. Also from the smoke from fireworks we have seen nothing sometimes.

I don't know where the grip will change, how the grip will be. Really difficult to kick off in these conditions. Really tricky to be honest. We have to work with the car to try and understand.
