What a weekend. I was pushing as much as I can. Yesterday I really enjoyed, today was honestly more of a struggle and more in my head to manage everything. The Fiesta has been working really well and myself and Shane have put in a lot of work and thanks to everyone who has been supported me. To think two years ago here I had a huge accident and I was lucky to come out of and to get a second on the same stage unreal.

It is tricky. I’m trying not to make any mistakes and keep pushing where I can. I felt like I had a good stage but there is only so much you can do when you are trying to control it. It is close but let’s just have a push in the last one and see where we end up.

It was a little bit tricky just trying to balance my approach. I think at the start I lost a bit of time and I was trying to attack to catch up. It is ok that we only dropped a little bit considering it wasn’t a perfect run.

We were just saying that I went a bit wide on the last corner. It was not a bad run and it is a bit gravely in some places there and it didn’t feel like I got good traction at some of the tight junctions. In general it was a good feeling.

Honestly we made good notes. It went well and this is a new stage for everyone so I always like to drive to my notes and it looks like a strong time. The first stage wasn’t great so I tried to have a bit more of a push in there but it is tricky as there is a lot of pollution as well so it is getting slower I would say. Let’s see what Jan does.

Maybe at the start in the first I was being a little bit too careful on the brakes compared to the gravel section yesterday as there is more tarmac. I feel like I left a bit in there but the rest of the stage was a pretty good rhythm and a good wake up call. Long way to go. I’ve known Jan Kopecký longer than he knows me so it is nice to be racing with him. We will keep pushing.

I definitely would have taken that this morning. The stages today have really suited me and the car and tomorrow’s stages will suit me too. I’m surprised how much rougher it got in the gravel section so I was taking it a bit easier. It is a really good run and everyone has done a great job today and we are looking forward to tomorrow.

Not too bad. It was a little bit more polluted in there, as the stage has evolved. Overall a pretty steady run with good rhythm and we will see what we can do in the second pass with the gravel on the next one.

It is obviously tight the second pass. We had a much better run than the first pass. It is probably not the stage that suits us the most. I think we really need to make the next two count. It was quite good, no big mistakes. You have to be 95% perfect all the time and keep a good rhythm and that will add up at the end of the stage.

It is all in the hips. It was a good run and the car is doing what I want and the car is working really well. I have got a good feeling, good grip and good balance, good everything. I think now I share that jump with Max.

It felt like a good rhythm and sometimes you can be pushing and you can’t get in a good rhythm. That is quite good to be honest and it seems like we are in a good position to keep pushing so I’m happy with that.

It was much nicer than last year. The set up has been a bit better and my driving is getting better. It is a good improvement.
