Credit to the organisers, we won't say too much about my performance! it's been a privilege to be a part of it, our event was a bit frustrating and I watched the onboards back. We are not a million miles away, we know where it is, but we can't quite get there. Thanks to Rhodri, thanks to everyone supporting my hobby and my addiction to rallying. Championship wise it's probably done, but we'll do some number crunching and see how it goes from there.

It's one of those, you could have an accident. We nearly had three. The car isn't quite doing what it's meant to do, so we just want to get it to the finish.

As you saw on the last corner, massive understeer. Trying to push, but every time we push we overdrive so we have to underdrive. I don't know what else I can do with the package I've got.

Just didn't get in the rhythm, got lost in the notes and the pace wasn't there. Not the best start to the day, but we'll get there.

It's been an up and down day, we've had some good times, missed a stage, there's been some good bits but up and down. The car is a bit better than it was this time last night so we'll keep the progression up and hopefully have a good day tomorrow.

Allen] was pulled in well out the way, everything seemed okay. Pace has been good, felt like an alright run. Felt like a good second half of the stage but the start I was just too cautious maybe.

We didn't do this stage the first run through, that was our first run. Bit hairy as we only did it in transit, I expect we'll lose time to the other guys.

Pretty much the same as other drivers, seem to have fixed that handling issue but we seem to have fixed that harder tyre. More enjoyable run.

Third quickest? Finally! It's taken a long time. Understeering everywhere. I'd lost my rhythm at the start because we had to stop for WIlliams at the start of the last stage, so thinking about him and how hard he's worked to get here. Had a few wobbles as it was at the back of my mind. I'm glad you've said that we were third fastest though, that has made it much better.

Bit sketchy, the first three corners are just wipeout. It did improve, we changed the car this morning so it was a case of getting back into the rhythm and trying to find my mojo again. It is what it is, we're happy.

Tricky stage to start the rally, not too happy with the car as it seems to have understeer issues. Not a great start to the rally but the real action starts tomorrow.
