(78 - Lefkaditis Savvas / Akratos Evangelos): It was an exhausting day for us. The only thing is that the stages were a little better than we expected. We had a fast rhythm in the beginning, but then we kept it steady, because the Rally is long. Tomorrow we will follow the same strategy.
(73 - Plagos Ioannis / Kouzionis Christos): It’s important to survive and I am happy to be here. Tomorrow is a different day, a different rally.
(71 - Domínguez Diego / Peñate Rogelio): It was a very long day. We had some issues with the car, with the pacenotes, but overall it’s OK. We are 3rd in JWRC and we are very pleased. Now we want to rest and get ready for tomorrow.
(70 - Smart Max / Read Malcolm): We knew it was going to be rough, but we had a positive attitude the whole day and we had a lot of fun. We are 4th in JWRC and a few seconds behind 3rd, so we are very happy that we are in the fight. We want to keep the same momentum. Drive fast and protect the car in the second pass.
(68 - Türkkan Ali / Albayrak Oytun): We are leading the JWRC and WRC3. We were fast, we won stages, but the night stage was horrible. We caught the car in front of us and we couldn’t see in the dust. The most difficult day of the Rally is behind us and tomorrow we will be in more enjoyable stages. We want to push in the first pass, because the second is very rough for our cars.
(64 - Johansson Mille / Grönvall Johan): It was a very long day and very hot. It was like a sauna in the car. The stages were also very rough, so it’s not easy. We also had some problems with the car. The temperature got very high and in addition we had two punctures. It could be worse though. We are here and we are second. It’s still a long rally and I’m looking forward for the next stage.
(60 - Theocharopoulos Stephanos / Kotsalis Giorgos): It was very hard and very hot. The second pass from Aghii Theodoroi was like hell! Proper Acropolis.
(58 - Halkias Efthimios / Komnos Nikolaos): It was a very hard day. Not so much physically, but mostly spiritually. It was so hard to stay focused and try to avoid all these rocks. I have never experienced something like this. You try to combine survival with speed. Very difficult.
(50 - Karanikolas Epaminondas / Kakavas Giorgos): We are happy to be here. We had a lot of problems. We tried to protect the car, but we had one puncture and four broken rims. Also, the high temperature made our job even more difficult. Tomorrow we will try to find a better rhythm.
(43 - Prokop Martin / Ernst Michal): It was pretty tough. It’s like the Acropolis I remember from my beginning here. It’s a real Acropolis this year, as difficult as you could expect.
(36 - Sarrazin Pablo / Roche Yannick): It was a really long day. It was difficult. We had a puncture and we lost a lot of time. We want to be consistent and finish. It will be very good for us.
(34 - Kajetanowicz Kajetan / Szczepaniak Maciej): 14 hours in the sauna! Sounds good. But anyway we are happy. The stages are twisty and demanding for the tyres, for the crew, plus the heat, this makes Acropolis Rally really tough. Tomorrow we plan to have fun. It’s not easy in these conditions, but I love rallying and the challenge. This is why I’m here.
(28 - Cachon Alejandro / Rozada Borja): It was a good day for us. Only one puncture, but the rhythm is good. We didn't lose so much time and we are in the fight
(23 - Greensmith Gus / Andersson Jonas): It wasn’t so bad. Early into the first stage we hit a huge rock in the dust. So we dropped quite a bit of time on the first three stages with also two delaminations. The afternoon was better, relatively OK. Back into third position, 3 seconds off the second driver, so that’s the time we try to get back tomorrow.
(21 - Solberg Oliver / Edmondson Elliott): It was a great day! Amazing! Really solid. We won 6 out of 7 stages. We drove clean, no punctures or problems. I love Greece now! I have good luck now. The car is very nice. We worked hard lately and it is very good. I am very happy.
(20 - Rossel Yohan / Dunand Arnaud): We are here… I had problems with the punctures in the morning, but the afternoon was OK. I will try to come back to the podium tomorrow and try to gain some points.
(9 - Serderidis Jourdan / Miclotte Fréderic): It’s tough, but it’s a nice stage. I was a little bit disturbed by the sun, but I enjoyed it. Looking forward to going back to Lamia.
(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin): I tried to survive and manage the car. It’s a great experience for us.
(13 - Munster Grégoire / Louka Louis): We had a good strategy, a plan, and we stuck with that. It’s working. We could push more, but it’s a gamble. We have a good preparation and it’s working. Tomorrow we will stick to our plan.
(16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre): It's been a good afternoon. I am very happy with our pace and the team. We should be leading, if it wasn’t for the time we lost with the dust in the first stage. There is someone standing for me in the sky and supporting me.
(18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron): We keep going and do what we can.
(1 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): We have been hammered twice today. In the afternoon we don’t have the front fender and there is no balance in the car, the tyres are worn, but we push. We deserved more today, but it is a lottery. We will see tomorrow what happens.
(8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): Clean day for us. Happy with that. It’s very stupid to say something like that, because you also have to think about the team and things about that.
(17 - Ogier Sébastien / Landais Vincent): I did the maximum I could. The gap is much smaller than it should be. At this stage I couldn't put the tyres I wanted, because one of them was damaged. Tomorrow I have nothing to lose.
(69 - Rovanperä Kalle / Halttunen Jonne): Really long day, demanding for the car and us also. It could be much better. Let’s see what starting position we are going to have tomorrow.
(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): It's a typical Acropolis. Very tough day. Seb set amazing times, despite being second on the road. We had no answer. Hopefully we will do better tomorrow.
