INFORMATION ABOUT SS 17
(80 - Parellis Dimitris / Papandreou Andreas): I’m happy and relieved. We managed to reach the finish with a very good result. The stages were very tough. It required strategy, preparation and a strong team.
(73 - Plagos Ioannis / Kouzionis Christos): Τhis year’s rally was very demanding and at the same time very fast, putting a lot of strain on both cars and crews. I can’t say I’m fast on gravel, the circumstances brought us to first place. We were lucky, we made it this far - now we move forward.
(71 - Domínguez Diego / Peñate Rogelio): It was a very demanding rally with a lot of issues. At the end we were third, we won the Power Stage. We are overall happy and finally we got back on the podium after a disappointing Sardegna Rally.
(68 - Türkkan Ali / Albayrak Oytun): It was an amazing rally, we won 7 stages, we led the whole rally. We did our job very well, no bad luck, no mistakes and at the end of the rally we are the winners. We are the first Turkish crew to win in a WRC event in any category. We did both, JWRC and WRC3, and we are very pleased.
(63 - Gill Taylor / Brkic Daniel): Very rough and very tough as per usual, but I managed to finish in second place in the JWRC. We are quite happy.
(58 - Halkias Efthimios / Komnos Nikolaos): I’m very happy to have finished a very tough rally. One of the hardest Acropolis Rallies I’ve ever done. Ιt required strategy, patience and experience. We managed to make it back, and I’m really happy.
(50 - Karanikolas Epaminondas / Kakavas Giorgos): Overall, we probably weren’t in good shape. We didn’t know the car well, nor were we 100% prepared. We should have prepared better. It wasn’t just the punctures. Οverall, the rally didn’t go well.
(30 - Rossel Léo / Mercoiret Guillaume): We had some problems, but I’m happy to finish in the top ten of the WRC2 classification and top 5 in WRC2 Challenger. This is my first season in WRC2, I don't have a lot of experience in gravel and I’m happy to be here.
(42 - Virves Robert / Viilo Jakko): Not the result we wanted, many punctures and some issues. We wanted to fight at least for the podium, but with all these issues it wasn’t possible. Otherwise it was a nice rally.
(35 - Lindholm Emil / Hämäläinen Reeta): It was a demanding event for everyone with the high temperature, for the cars and the tyres. It’s a nice event, but we didn’t have luck. Maybe we were not really well prepared.
(34 - Kajetanowicz Kajetan / Szczepaniak Maciej): I participated in 8 Acropolis Rallies, but this was the toughest one. Because of the weather, because of the strong competition this year. And the stages were amazing, but rough, everything makes this year’s Rally the toughest. We did a really good job, we are still learning, it’s my first season with Toyota.
(23 - Greensmith Gus / Andersson Jonas): It was a good end to the day, on one stage we definitely had the speed, but holding it the whole rally is not possible at the moment. It’s a long way to go, we need to go further up the podium.
(21 - Solberg Oliver / Edmondson Elliott): Absolutely incredible weekend, big relief now. Discipline and focus go together this weekend. Discipline to not drive too fast, to really have your eyes open, to almost hold back, not get too excited. It’s probably one of my best and hardest weekends. The goal was to win the Rally, but also not to panic. It’s a big rally, anything can happen. The plan was to find a rhythm and still have enough time to avoid all the rocks. I even avoided the smallest rocks today and the whole weekend, I didn't want to risk anything. And then I pushed where I could.
(8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): It was incredibly demanding with the roughness, with the temperatures and with the length of the rally, it was a super challenge. We are very glad to put the package together, in order to keep the tyres alive and also have a good performance at the same time. Our main goal was to manage the tyres. Obviously we did everything perfectly. We pushed in the low risk areas, and in the places with rough conditions we held back.
(8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): I have a gearbox failure.
(17 - Ogier Sébastien / Landais Vincent): I think we had a super strong weekend. Ott was really flying. The first day we couldn’t stand a chance. We should be proud of our weekend.
(16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre): It was a good weekend. I am pleased with what we have done. We should be proud. Our good friend who left us, was with us today in the car and will follow us. It’s good to be back on the podium.
(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): It was a difficult weekend. Not the pace we wanted, but we managed to finish and get some points.
(1 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): I think our tyres weren’t good for this stage. Kalle has new, and ours were worn. It’s a big disappointment. Three punctures, the problems with the damper and the engine… Next Rallies are coming soon. They aren’t our strongest, but we will keep doing our best and our time will come.
(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin): Great determination from everybody. The performance wasn’t great, but we had stages - it was OK. Thanks to the team.
(22 - Sesks Mārtiņš / Francis Renārs): It was near the end. It felt strange, but I think it didn’t lose the pressure immediately.

(69 - Rovanperä Kalle / Halttunen Jonne): I tried my best. Thanks to Taka for giving me one place for the starting position. Big disappointment. We shouldn’t be in this position. Sorry for the team. I will work hard and come back stronger in Estonia.
(18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron): I don’t know what happened. No idea. Just punctured. Unbelievable. There are a lot of loose stones, but they are small. It shouldn’t get punctured. After the tyre change, I pushed to clean the road for Kalle. Sorry for the team, now I am going to prepare and push on to the next two rallies.

(5 - Pajari Sami / Salminen Marko): This was a really tricky rally. We knew it before the start. We set some good times on Friday. And today we gained experience being first on the road. Thanks to the team. I am looking forward for the next two rallies.
(21 - Solberg Oliver / Edmondson Elliott): It’s an incredible feeling. Absolutely perfect weekend. I am relieved. I’ve never done Acropolis properly. The car was fantastic and I have to thank the team. The last Rallies are fantastic. Elliot did a great job as always. It’s a great feeling.
