It a is nice position to be in. It has been a solid day and we tried to stay out of trouble as much as possible. The biggest thing was to try and get some sort of road position for tomorrow and I think that has been achieved.

It has been really tough in the first stage we took too much out of the front. We started hearing this delamination so I was just trying to get to the end. At least we are here without a puncture.

I was trying to manage the puncture risk as much as possible. It is crazy in there. I was driving around rocks. It is ok. But please please spectators get out of the road.

I probably could have took the clean line more. It is a long rally and I was trying to balance the risk versus reward. It is an ok start. Next stage is a big one.
