INFORMATION ABOUT SS 7
(99 - Solberg Oliver / Edmondson Elliott): I just came in a bit hot and got the rear out and got stuck on the bank there. It was a slippy surface that is for sure. Today wasn't really about the speed, after that puncture I was trying to drive slow. I haven't been pushing today. It is a hard time and it seems that is the way it is at the moment.
(41 - Türkkan Ali / Albayrak Oytun): retired after SS 7
(57 - Bonder Grzegorz / Heller Kamil): retired after SS 7
(29 - Solans Jan / Sanjuán Rodrigo): Difficult to manage this one because I didn't know if the tyres had 'Left the chat' let's say. I tried to be smooth and keep the rhythm. Happy with the day.
(27 - Virves Robert / Viilo Jakko): Let's see. I think it's still long way to go. We - let's say - could have used some worse tyres today in the second loop, but.. let's see. Big battle? We will see.
(26 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Listerud Jørn): Virves has the two soft tyres and I expect him to be very fast. I should be in better tyre conditions overall for the rest of the weekend. Happy to get the time back, not letting incidents like that destroy the battle at the front.
(23 - Korhonen Roope / Viinikka Anssi): No dust. Quite a slippy stage. Our tyres are quite finished. Not easy. Otherwise a nice stage, not so many rocks there. Today? Not a good day.
(21 - Rossel Léo / Mercoiret Guillaume): Yes, all of the stage. So difficult. After Yohan turned off, there were 20 people on the stage. Crazy.
(20 - Rossel Yohan / Dunand Arnaud): I had no powersteering two times during the afternoon. In this one I braked a bit late and we couldn't turn. Maybe my fault, maybe mechanical. I don't know.
(22 - Sesks Mārtiņš / Francis Renārs): It was okay. Maybe my tyre management wasn't that good. I still have to learn where I can push with the tyre. We could have done better, but for the moment it's okay.
(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin): It a is nice position to be in. It has been a solid day and we tried to stay out of trouble as much as possible. The biggest thing was to try and get some sort of road position for tomorrow and I think that has been achieved.
(6 - Sordo Dani / Carrera Cándido): All the rally I live frustrated. It is my new mood. I enjoy this stage and I thought it was better but I'm not on the pace.
(20 - Rossel Yohan / Dunand Arnaud): stopped in stage, continue
(11 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): We had the same rhythm all afternoon and we can be pleased with the run. I was on the limit with the tyres, they were very worn even before the stage. No risk taking, managing the tyre. Working on the car to improve it and we worked in the right direction every time. It is always nice to lead but it doesn't mean anything to us at the moment as the rally is very long. Tomorrow will be very tough for the car and the tyres.
(16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre): I have been enjoying the stage. It was pure driving and not playing with the luck. I'm happy with the pace we have got when it is rally style and when it is Dakar style I'm managing it.
(1 - Ogier Sébastien / Landais Vincent): It's been a good day for us, can be happy with that. In this one we will lose time with this massive cleaning effect. Tomorrow? I don't know. At the moment I just focus on myself and stay out of trouble.
(5 - Pajari Sami / Salminen Marko): I think when you try to push with the tyres we have it can happen easily. I have some memories from previous years that this area is very polished and very slippery.
(18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron): We knew that this will happen. No chance to drive in these super rough conditions. They, FIA, need to find some solution because it's a normal route, but we can't drive normal. Tomorrow is gonna be something similar I guess.

(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): I tried to push a bit more. It was a more forgiving surface in here but it doesn't feel like we are going anywhere. I'm under no illusions the guys are coming fast behind but that is the story of the day. We knew it was going to be tough and it was even more tough than expected.
