| INFORMATION ABOUT SS 4 | |
(67 - Vassilopoulos Petros / Koukliabis Panagiotis):
retired after SS 4 | |
(38 - Prokop Martin / Ernst Michal):
technical problem - water pump after SS 4
| (38 - Prokop Martin / Ernst Michal): problems with hole in radiator, loosing water | |
(27 - Virves Robert / Viilo Jakko):
Acropolis is never easy and quite. bit more tyre wear, more than I expected. You want to push but the tyre will be finished before the end of the loop and you are not in the best situation. We try to continue in the same way and see where we end up.
(26 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Listerud Jørn):
We had a bit of different tyre strategy they were quite used so I tried to take care of them in this stage as I head some guys had delaminations. I tired to be careful. It was a bit risky and more risky than I though but we have had some good stages.
| (25 - Daprà Roberto / Guglielmetti Luca): puncture | |
(24 - Cachón Alejandro / Rozada Borja):
It was good. I tried to push a bit more than in the previous stages. This last section is really tricky with a lot of rocks on the ousdie. I tired to do my best.
(23 - Korhonen Roope / Viinikka Anssi):
It was really really difficult. Not good. Of course we did Saudi last year but I think this is more difficult for me.
(21 - Rossel Léo / Mercoiret Guillaume):
For sure it was difficult and I had to manage the tyres a lot. At the moment all ok with my car. It is a different car and I think it is better with the Citroen on gravel but I have not had much testing with the car. I want to push hard.
(20 - Rossel Yohan / Dunand Arnaud):
I tried to manage the tyre and we will see at the end if we have a good strategy. For the moment it is juts a clean start. We have not changed any setting between the stages and it is more easy for the driver.
(9 - Serderidis Jourdan / Miclotte Fréderic):
It was rough. The first part was ok but then I lose a bit of rhythm for the second part but it was ok.
(22 - Sesks Mārtiņš / Francis Renārs):
It was very tough to manage and still we have to get to the service. From the last stage it was very bad. There is still a long way to go.
(55 - McErlean Joshua / Treacy Eoin):
It has been really tough in the first stage we took too much out of the front. We started hearing this delamination so I was just trying to get to the end. At least we are here without a puncture.
(6 - Sordo Dani / Carrera Cándido):
It is ok but I don't get the feeling in the car. It is so difficult. It is really demanding.
(95 - Armstrong Jon / Byrne Shane):
To be honest we had quite a good run. The stage is tricky and gets a bit more rough towards the end. I just try to focus on being clean and getting a lot of traction. We just try to use our road position.
(11 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn):
It was quite close at the end with the tyres. I should have started with six new this morning, would have been better. It's incredibly rough out there, we are missing some protection. I was struggling quite a lot in here with the fast sections, we are missing the front splitter so the aerodynamic balance is off.
(16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre):
It must be a puncture, the tyre wear was ok. But I don't know why, because I didn't have any impact. I was very careful in the beginning, but there are still a lot of rocks. It's a long rally, I don't care.
| (16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre): puncture | |
(1 - Ogier Sébastien / Landais Vincent):
It's just pure luck. Pure luck, really.
(5 - Pajari Sami / Salminen Marko):
Something weird - I need to check what's going on. I don't know.
(99 - Solberg Oliver / Edmondson Elliott):
There is debris, I tried to take care of the tyres a little. I just try to avoid every rock possible and, yeah, either you go flat out, you don't get a puncture, or you go slow and you get a puncture.
| (5 - Pajari Sami / Salminen Marko): lost power for few seconds | |
(18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron):
I don't know when the tyre exactly started losing air. But we knew that was gonna happen, so it's okay. Nothing special.
(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott):
It's quite abrasive, obviously. The morning's generally been much worse than even what we expected, and we expected it to be bad, so yeah, not been too easy out there. For sure I didn't drive so well [on the previous stage] either, but the road sweeping was horrendous, these massive stones on the uphill hairpins, so for sure I didn't do a great job of it, but it's still very bad.
