Bylo to skvělé. Určitě to nebylo bez chyby, samozřejmě jsme nějaké udělali. Chtěli bychom všem poděkovat za skvělou práci, Škodě Motorsport za tu skvělou šanci, Pavlovi, protože byl skvělý, rodině, kteří mě podporovali, zvlášť v tomto pokročilém věku. Na rekordy se teďka nechci dívat, možná později, až budu sedět někde u piva, tak ano. Zatím stále nejsem 100%fit, tak jsme trochu zvolnili. Jsem rád za účast na Barumce, je to něco speciálního.

I was trying not to make a mistake. Some places were very rough, there were a lot of loose sections. I am driving carefully, no hand braking, no big spins with the steering wheel.

We have been doing well in this stage but we do still have two stages ahead. I am trying to keep myself in good rhythm and maintain the concentration. The car is working perfectly.

There is no pressure, but road conditions very tricky, lot of loose stuff. You have to stay fully focused.

Yes, it is OK, it was a very nice stage. At first, it was very narrow, we were really struggling with the grip so it was hard to trust the track. In the next stages there could be some more adhesive tarmac which would help me to control the car better.

I was pushing a lot but it was the first stage today. In cuts there is a lot of loose gravel so we have to be careful. I do not think so, I think that Alexey will put everything in his driving and push more.
